Job summary

Haynes International is hiring for an inside sales support role. You will manage domestic and export administrative tasks, coordinate export documentation, and work with service centers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.

You will also assist the Inside Sales team with day-to-day customer service and related activities. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of sales experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and experience with export processes, CRM systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; inside sales or business role preferred.
• Export documentation knowledge and logistics familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries, assess customer needs and route accordingly.
• Prepare, complete, and track all export documentation for timely shipments and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and service centers for shipment logistics.
• Generate proforma invoices, pull certifications, and assemble required reports.
• Maintain organized export and domestic inside sales files.
• Support other inside sales staff and assist with contract review and quote entry.
