PERI USA is seeking an Import/Export Specialist to optimize international shipping, customs, and trade compliance for PERI's supply chain. You’ll track inbound shipments, verify documentation, and coordinate with PERI yards, brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyze documentation for accuracy, use PSD/ERP systems, and support pricing decisions. A 3+ year track record and strong English communication are required; Chicago on-site position with comprehensive

Competenze

• Three or more years of import/export operations experience.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and customs.
• Proficiency with PSD or similar ERP software.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Track inbound shipments end-to-end and manage exceptions to protect commitments.
• Coordinate customs clearance, verify invoices and classification for accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between PERI yards, Germany, brokers, and forwarders.
• Monitor shipments and report on status to stakeholders.
• Manage material availability and communicate needs to logistics teams.
• Coordinate container bookings and end-to-end equipment shipments.
• Model cost effects and support pricing decisions with Excel.
• Utilize ERP PSD for order/shipment tracking.
