Job summary

csdentalext is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for US & C regions. The role requires handling import/export documentation, coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and brokers, and ensuring timely product delivery. Strong SAP and Excel skills, plus robust communication, are essential.

Candidate should have 8+ years in logistics coordination, familiarity with international trade, and ability to work cross-functionally. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Transportation Management, 3PL, and Import/Export flows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import documentation to release materials from Customs and other agencies; export docs too.
• Daily follow up with open POs to check material availability.
• Coordinate with supply sources to deliver products on time.
• Generate POs in SAP to pay providers.
• Inbound shipment tracking and 3PL coordination.
• Assist Compliance in HTS and government requirements.
• Support audits and monthly KPI reporting with 3PL and brokers.
