Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to domestic shipments.
• Data entry into operating system and tracking of Transcon files.
• Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and meet service standards.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
