Job summary

Expeditors, a Fortune 500 company with a global network, seeks a Transcon Agent to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight while delivering exceptional customer service and driving efficiency.

The role supports our mission by monitoring KPI standards (RDL, DLV, POD), using Expeditor systems (CFIT, ETMS, CRM, ECCO, EDOC), and maintaining compliant operations. English and Spanish fluency is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in foreign trade is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics or domestic transportation preferred.
• Hazardous Materials Certification (HAZMAT) preferred.
• Strong communication and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company controls, policies, procedures.
• Use Expeditor systems and tools to manage freight and information.
• Meet KPI standards (RDL, DLV, POD).
• Maintain high compliance with Transcon requirements.
