Job summary

DOGA, a long-standing automotive components company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Logistics team in Huntley, IL. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and delivery needs, while ensuring data accuracy in SAP and related systems.

Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service within distribution/logistics/manufacturing, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery needs.
• Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues promptly.
• Review customer quotes for accuracy—pricing, MOQs, purchasing requirements.
• Create and maintain ship-to details and part cross-references in SAP.
• Enter customer orders and verify delivery schedules.
• Upload and update customer material schedules on external portals.
• Review customer forecasts and update internal systems.
• Proactively use SAP and collaborate with IT to resolve system concerns.
• Maintain organized documentation to company standards.
