Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support global logistics and fulfillment operations, coordinating shipments, managing exceptions, and driving continuous improvement. You will serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure efficient movement of products across a complex global supply chain.

This full-time, onsite role requires collaboration across departments and strong data analysis, Excel, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience handling domestic and international shipments via parcel, air, ocean, and特殊 transportation modes.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics transactions across parcel, air, ocean, and white-glove shipments.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Validate required trade compliance, customs, and DG documentation.
• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity against service levels.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, delays, holds, and claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries with status updates and guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with accurate shipment records.
