Job summary

Banner Engineering seeks a Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments from our distribution center. You will report to the Shipping Supervisor and handle documentation, cost tracking, and issue resolution across teams.

The role requires a year of shipping experience, familiarity with Oracle/Logistyx, and strong MS Office skills. Occasional travel to support remote warehouses may be required. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• One year of domestic and international shipping experience.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for work requirements in loading, uploading, pulling, picking, delivering or transporting materials, including hazardous materials.
• Review and verify orders and transportation information; notify Customer Service of delays and propose actions.
• Work with Trade Compliance to ensure EEi information is up to date.
• Investigate cost discrepancies for parcel and freight shipments as requested by Customer Service.
• Create mock shipments to set distributor and customer cost expectations.
• Monitor SQL reports for open deliveries, over-reservations and credit holds.
• Maintain PODs for outbound freight and parcels; assist with shipping and receiving duties.
• Troubleshoot shipping errors in Logistyx; support Operations to resolve software issues.
• Assist with remote distribution warehouses and potential travel to southern border location.
