You will coordinate with truckers, warehouses, and internal teams, track railcar movements, and prepare shipment documentation; 2–5 years resin industry preferred, Excel proficient, and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• English communication is essential for coordinating with customers and carriers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Experience identifying risks and opportunities for product movement.
• Experience in resin industry (2–5 years) preferred; domestic preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and ERP entry.
• Send order confirmations to customers.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery with carriers and warehouses.
• Track railcar movements and coordinate returns.
• Maintain order summary for commercial visibility.
• Prepare shipment documentation (BOL, COA, CI, PL).
• Manage and follow up on claims related to delivery.
• Onboard new customers into the ERP system.
