Job summary

Trove Brands, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing professional to manage orders end-to-end from placement to shipment. You will ensure OTIF delivery and accuracy across the full order lifecycle while coordinating with internal teams and international 3PL warehouses.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and Excel proficiency in a fast-paced setting, with on-site work at our Lehi HQ.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and business software (Outlook, Teams).
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders end-to-end to ship on time and in full.
• Maintain order accuracy through the full lifecycle and reduce errors.
• Oversee EDI transactions and workflows to meet compliance.
• Coordinate with international 3PL warehouses on fulfillment and timing.
• Review routing guides and retailer requirements to stay compliant.
• Troubleshoot order issues and drive process improvements.
