Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred.
• Computer and keyboard knowledge; ability to use database and email.
• Understanding of the supply chain, including obstacles and solutions.
• Clear verbal and written instructions; able to follow and communicate.
• Ability to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Team player; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, reliability and consistency.
• Frequent standing, stooping, bending; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule trucks shipments domestic and international.
• Schedule parts and service orders.
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Track and fix shipping errors.
• Prepare bills and invoices.
• Back-up Scheduling/Planning department when needed.
• Meet and greet customers and visitors.
• All other duties assigned.
