Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to oversee domestic and international shipments from Delaware, OH, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and support the scheduling/planning team to ensure operational efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and experience with import/export docs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation is strongly preferred.
• Computer and keyboard knowledge; ability to use database and email.
• Understanding of the supply chain and common obstacles plus solutions.
• Ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements.
• Ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Schedule domestic and international truck shipments.
• Schedule parts and service orders to meet timelines.
• Review orders and shipping docs for accuracy; fix shipping errors.
• Prepare bills and invoices.
• Back up Scheduling/Planning with work orders as needed.
• Greet customers and visitors; assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Wieland is hiring a International Logistic Coordinator. The International Logistic Coordinator responsibilities and duties include overseeing the shipment of products, ensuring documentation is accurate, managing customs requirements, and communicating with clients and customers regarding deliveries and timelines. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international
• Schedule parts and service orders
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders
• Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyTrack and fix shipping errors
• Prepare bills and invoices
• Back-up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work orders
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• All other duties assigned

International Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred.
