Job summary

Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Shipment Coordinator to support domestic and international logistics operations, including DoD shipments.

You will arrange and monitor work orders, coordinate with agents, track shipments, and assist with accounts payable activities by auditing invoices and processing payments. The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual English/Korean preferred, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing transportation documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Domestic / International DoD shipments.
• Manage work orders with domestic/international agents.
• Review/audit vendor invoices and update accordingly.
• Responsible for daily logistics operations updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service on all accounts.
• Track, trace, and update shipment data.
• Submit payment requests for vendor payments.
• Manage accounts payable by registering invoices and tracking status.
• Handle and resolve various customer complaints.
