Stratix Corporation seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipping, documentation, and tracking. The role focuses on accurate records, carrier coordination, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on hazardous materials handling where applicable.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or shipping operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management or shipping software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to invoices or pick lists.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
• Print and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation.
• Ensure shipments are labeled, packaged, and compliant with requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with inbound receiving and process improvement initiatives.
