WECTEC Staffing Services, a Westinghouse subsidiary, seeks a Logistics Material Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, verify documents, and coordinate hazardous and international moves. You’ll work with SAP and Excel, support drivers, and ensure accurate records in a dynamic distribution environment.

Excellent forklift/hand-truck skills are required, with the ability to lift 50 lbs+. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and collaboration with Global Logistics and EHS teams.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on shipping/receiving and packaging experience.
• Proficiency with forklifts and hand trucks; ability to load, unload, transport, and store goods safely.
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Accurately verify, document, and prepare inbound/outbound shipments.
• Execute goods receipts; maintain precise electronic logs and files (SAP, Excel, and related systems).
• Reconcile reports and records to resolve variances.
• Package to PO/SO specifications and best-practice packaging standards.
• Coordinate hazardous and international shipments with Global Logistics and EHS; comply with DOT, IATA, and IMDG rules.
• Support drivers during loading/unloading and process incoming mail.
• Monitor inventories of packaging materials; arrange crate orders.
