Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Logistic Specialist III to join our Bellevue, WA onsite team. This role supports end-to-end logistics, including inbound/outbound movements, customs coordination, and 24/7 operations across a global supplier base.

The position requires rotating shifts and close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and accurate shipment documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation operations.
• Experience with customs brokerage, import/export compliance, or licensed customs broker (LCB) credentials.
• Background in manufacturing or hardware logistics environments.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carrier performance.
• Familiarity with internal tools and systems.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboard creation, or Jira-based project tracking.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages relevant to international supplier communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation activities (shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory) to ensure SOP adherence.
• Book, track, trace shipments and handle import/export documents.
• Accurately track data and milestones in provider platforms.
• Document metrics for just-in-time and urgent shipments in a global environment.
• Identify transportation exceptions and follow escalation procedures.
• Communicate cargo status during critical events to stakeholders.
• Work on-site in rotating shifts (day, evening, night, weekend, holidays).
• Audit data accuracy in program dashboards and metrics.
• Represent Logistics with internal and external partners; proactive status updates.
