Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipping and freight.
• Book and manage shipments, including consolidations.
• Work with freight forwarders and vendors on schedules.
• Track shipments and resolve delays.
• Communicate timelines to internal teams.
• Support inventory and forecasting.
• Prepare purchase orders and update systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse to verify receipts.
• Collaborate with accounting on discrepancies.
• Maintain freight documents.
• Identify process improvements.
