Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Logistics Specialist II to contribute in the logistics team, handling receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumables. Responsibilities include SAP, Syncade, and/or Ship console operations for domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of Logistics/Warehouse experience preferred.
• Power equipment knowledge a plus (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Order picking, computer use, scan gun proficiency.
• Ability to follow written SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication.
• Proficient MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP transactions for goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, and material movements.
• Perform Syncade tasks for receipt, movement, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory.
• Carry out general stores processes including location, retrieval, disposition, and restock.
• Enter SAP transactions accurately; monitor stock and movements.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Understand and follow required procedures; obtain necessary qualifications.
• Comply with cGMP requirements in the work environment.
• Use DMS and TrackWise for assigned area.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
