Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import/export coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Recent graduates welcome; internships or co-ops are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments across air, ocean, trucking, and intermodal transportation to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Monitor, track, and proactively address shipment delays, risks, and disruptions.
• Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of import/export documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain records and support audits to ensure compliance across global logistics activities.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
