Job summary

LX Pantos Americas is seeking a motivated Foreign Logistics Planner to join our Freight Forwarding Operations team in the United States. This full-time role focuses on import freight coordination, inland transportation, and customer service within a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of logistics experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual Korean/English abilities to coordinate with Korea-origin shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude may be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or TMS platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import freight forwarding operations, including booking, documentation, and delivery scheduling
• Monitor and track inland transportation activities from port to warehouse
• Communicate daily with carriers, warehouses, and overseas origin teams (particularly Korea) to ensure service accuracy and timelines
• Prepare and analyze reports related to transit time, cost tracking, and damage claims
• Maintain shipment data and performance metrics using Excel and internal logistics systems
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve logistics issues
