Job summary

SEKO Worldwide is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to help drive global logistics operations. You will partner with the Managing Director to manage the P&L, budgets, forecasting and reporting, while directing international and domestic teams to deliver on-time, compliant performance.

Responsibilities include implementing SEKO strategy, supervising staffing, handling delays, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing international and domestic operations.
• Valid state issued Driver’s License and Forklift Driver Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage international and domestic operations teams and supervise personnel.
• Develop strategies with Managing Director and align with SEKO strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ISO standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Maintain safety and healthy workplace.
