Job summary

SEKO Logistics is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee international and domestic activities, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with the Managing Director to drive strategy and ensure performance across multiple sites globally.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field and 5+ years of supervisory experience with international/domestic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in managing international and domestic operations.
• Leadership experience for multiple geographically dispersed sites; effective delegation.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Formulate strategies with the Managing Director to align with SEKO's overall strategy.
• Direct international and domestic operations teams; supervise personnel, recruiting, training and performance evaluations.
• Handle breakdowns and delays; communicate with staff and customers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Promote a safe, healthy workplace and comply with safety procedures.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by management.
