Job summary

KEEN in Portland, OR is seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator to execute freight audit, rate validation, cost coding, and carrier onboarding across regions. The role strengthens controls, improves TRAX cadence, and scales capacity as KEEN grows.

The coordinator will own routine audit execution, documentation, follow-up, and visibility while supporting global provider coordination in a hybrid Portland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 1–2 years experience in logistics, freight audit, transportation finance, procurement operations or accounts-payable coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit carrier invoices against freight rates, shipment events, and supporting documentation.
• Manage routine audit and cost-coding exceptions; maintain audit records and identify issues for escalation.
• Coordinate payment-status inquiries with carriers and KEEN Accounts Payable; log aging items and risks.
• Support TRAX reporting for US, Canada, Europe and Japan; identify gaps for escalation.
• Prepare standard reports, scorecards, and provider action logs.
• Maintain SharePoint records and meeting materials; track actions and calendars.
• Document standard work and support cross-training to reduce key-person risk.
• Escalate exceptions outside tolerance and issues requiring policy decisions.
