KEEN in Portland, OR is seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator to execute freight audit, rate validation, cost coding, and carrier onboarding across regions. The role strengthens controls, improves TRAX cadence, and scales capacity as KEEN grows.
The coordinator will own routine audit execution, documentation, follow-up, and visibility while supporting global provider coordination in a hybrid Portland setting.
The Global Logistics Coordinator provides tactical execution across freight audit, contract rate validation, cost coding exceptions, carrier onboarding, provider coordination, procurement operations and Global Logistics department coordination. This is a Global Logistics freight audit and exception management role that strengthens controls, improves the TRAX operating cadence and creates scalable capacity as KEEN grows. The Coordinator owns routine logistics audit execution, documentation, follow-up and visibility.

This role is based in the Portland, OR area and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Portland office and generally work on-site four days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
