Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders for scheduling and documents.
• Communicate with overseas partners for customer shipments.
• Prepare shipping labels using FedEx tools.
• Pack temperature-sensitive and ambient goods.
• Pick items from multiple storage conditions.
• Process orders in ERP for shipping and receiving.
• Assist with receiving and inventory control.
• Support cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• May drive company van for deliveries.
• Collaborate to improve distribution efficiency.
