Job summary

INDI is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage hardware logistics across our organization. You will process shipping requests in Jira, update SAP for inventory, and handle hardware orders, warranties, and renewals while aligning with policy and cost-efficiency.

You will analyze inventory in SAP and Jira, collaborate with supply chain partners, coordinate international shipments, and contribute to cost reductions and service improvements in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background in hardware, physical assets, or inventory management.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and couriers.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
