Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an IBD Analyst to manage inbound deliveries, maintain data integrity across SAP and DCs, and drive operational efficiency. The role interfaces with Supply Chain, Planning, Buyers, IT and DC operations to ensure timely receipt of goods.

The position requires a 3–5 year track record in distribution or logistics, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and hands-on SAP experience. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution, supply chain, inventory management or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP (VL31N, VL32N, ME22N) and inventory planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Create Inbound Deliveries (IBDs) in SAP (VL31N) per container.
• Update and validate delivery dates and align POs, IBDs, and timelines.
• Maintain Weekly IBD Tracking Report and share status across DCs.
• Investigate IBD issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
• Support inventory health and continuous improvement initiatives.
