Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact localization initiatives at scale, bridging localization, technology, and global product delivery. You will partner across engineering, product, and external vendors to evolve tools, processes, and tech roadmaps that empower high-quality, culturally resonant experiences for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or product management (preferably global, cross-functional).
• Strong localization/internationalization domain knowledge and end-to-end localization experience.
• Experience integrating AI-driven tools such as MT engines, LLMs, or content-evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy through execution.
• Translate priorities into executable technical roadmaps for localization operations.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable localization solutions leveraging AI/ML.
• Shape tech direction of localization in collaboration with leadership and partners.
• Manage technical relationships with external language service and tech providers.
