Job summary

Prosum, a North Phoenix client, is seeking a direct hire Product Localization & Systems Project Manager to drive localization, customization, and delivery of software for semiconductor inspection and Smart Factory applications.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, field operations, and localization partners to ensure high-quality, on-time releases for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization of machine control software, dashboards, and documentation for global deployments.
• Optimize localized user workflows, interface content, and terminology for usability and customer experience.
• Ensure localization quality, consistency, and compliance across software releases.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize terminology databases for semiconductor inspection and documentation.
• Establish translation standards and linguistic guidelines for consistency.
• Coordinate localization assets and multilingual content management.
• Coordinate localization across engineering, AI/ML, product management, publications, and field teams.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and release milestones for timely delivery.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Establish and manage localization QA processes for interfaces and workflows.
• Review content, investigate issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Analyze outcomes and drive continuous improvements to localization processes.
• Maintain project documentation and release records.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
