Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate machine control and HPC software at customer sites and remote locations.
• Support system commissioning, software upgrades, and production releases.
• Verify system functionality and ensure successful integration with customer manufacturing environments.
• Develop, configure, and maintain software interfaces with MES and EAP environments.
• Collaborate with customer automation teams to ensure reliable system connectivity and data exchange.
• Diagnose and resolve software, networking, database, and system integration issues in production environments.
• Investigate system performance, latency, and hardware/software interactions to minimize downtime.
• Provide timely technical support for customer issues both remotely and on-site.
