Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Localization Program Manager to own the operational core of our localization program—vendor coordination, content workflows, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages. You will partner with Product and Engineering to deliver a native experience for a global user base, with opportunities to broaden scope over time.

Based in Seattle or nearby, this role requires strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and a track record in enterprise localization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of localization project/program management experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Experience with enterprise localization tools and translation management platforms.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Native speaker of one additional language.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages and launches.
• Monitor continuous localization operations and improve workflows.
• Coordinate testing and build LQA workflows.
• Develop and maintain linguistic assets and translation quality.
• Influence upstream content operations for context-rich translations.
