Job summary

Solotech is seeking a Technical Coordinator to plan event equipment logistics, reservations, internal transfers and subrentals. You will work with global teams to move inventory by deadlines and ensure accurate reservation and return dates for sites worldwide.

The role requires a DEC in audiovisual or equivalent training, 2+ years in live production inventory, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SSRS, and the R2 system. Occasional travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live production inventory/logistics.
• Ability to troubleshoot inventory and operational issues.
• Willingness to travel to events occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment lists for availability and create reservations.
• Coordinate transfers with global teams to move inventory by deadlines.
• Monitor orders for correct dates and resolve shortages.
• Issue subrental requests and communicate vendor quotes.
• Generate purchase orders for subrental equipment.
