Job summary
Genentech in South San Francisco, CA, seeks a Senior Director of Global Litigation Management to lead three litigation operations teams and align global initiatives with the Head of Global Litigation. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in litigation operations or legal operations.
- People management experience required.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing legal technology solutions.
- Experience overseeing outside counsel management and information governance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of three operational teams: Litigation Resource Center, eDiscovery, and Information Advisory and Protection Law Group.
- Oversee technology strategy and roadmap for the Global Litigation function, including eBilling, matter management, and AI-enabled tools.
- Drive continuous improvement to processes, workflows, and systems to reduce spend and improve quality.
- Develop and maintain robust knowledge management practices across the global team.
