Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• U.S. J.D. degree and current good standing or eligibility for CA in-house counsel.
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations and development of human therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to global Roche business functions (R&D, Clinical Ops, GPD, Medical Affairs).
• Draft and negotiate complex research collaborations and data-sharing agreements.
• Develop guidance, playbooks, templates, and training for internal clients and the Legal Department.
• Collaborate with IP, privacy, product and regulatory teams and external stakeholders.
