You will establish governance, drive real-time analytics, and lead ALSP integration while modernizing pricing models and adopting AI-enabled efficiency across divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading legal procurement, legal operations, or commercial management within a large corporate legal department or top-tier law firm.
• Proven track record negotiating complex AFAs and managing global legal budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish centralized governance, real-time analytics, and spend transparency across all global legal and compliance divisions.
• Lead commercial strategy, rate negotiations, global panel management, and ALSP integration.
• Modernize pricing by evolving hourly billing into AFAs, capped fees, and outcome-based pricing.
• Evaluate external counsel by expertise, tech maturity, and ability to return AI-driven efficiency gains.
• Oversee global rollout of unified e-billing and matter management systems.
