Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in litigation or legal operations in a large org or law firm.
• Proven people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with outside counsel management and legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of three teams: Litigation Resource Center, eDiscovery, Information Advisory & Protection Law Group.
• Oversee technology strategy for global litigation, including matter management and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives across the portfolio.
• Drive knowledge management to capture and share institutional knowledge across the global team.
