Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Director, Global Lighthouse Industry Solutions to define, develop, and scale the company’s Lighthouse strategy and portfolio. You will lead a global team of experts, align with BU roadmaps, and drive scalable, repeatable industry solutions across the organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, ecosystem engagement with OEMs, EPCs, and integrators, and delivering measurable business impact through standardized offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of industry experts and solution leaders.
• Define and evolve the Lighthouse strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Establish standards, reference architectures, and solution governance processes.
• Enable sellers and partners through training, tools, messaging, and best practices.
• Build alignment across Business Units, Sales, Services, and System Integrators.
