This role drives standardization, marketplace incubation, and linkage to customer outcomes, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of industry experts and solution leaders.
• Define and evolve the Lighthouse Industry Solutions strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
• Align solutions with Business Unit roadmaps and market requirements.
• Enable sellers, partners, and industry teams through training, tools, messaging, and best practices.
• Improve win rates through repeatable solution frameworks and standardized offerings.
