Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a North America Process Business Manager to lead the Process Solutions team and drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. You will direct engineers, project managers, and support functions with the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services as a reporting line.

You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure successful delivery across NA Process Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic plan for the NA Process Business
• Review project performance for all process solutions
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams
• Identify delivery development needs; set goals & training plans
• Accountable for process delivery team performance
• Oversee financials: revenue, costs, profitability
• Manage NA Process Solutions budgets and forecasts
• Responsible for costs, revenues, profitability financial forecast for NA Process Solutions
