Job summary

Slalom is seeking a dynamic Global Life Sciences / Pharma Leader to set the vision and drive growth across markets. You will shape strategy, targets, and cross-team plans with account leaders to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

You will mature our Life Sciences community, align processes with technology, and collaborate with global partners to create value and transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience working in Life Sciences / Pharma.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences or publishing in industry publications.
• Ability to travel ~60% of the time to visit clients and offices.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for and lead the Global Life Sciences / Pharma at Slalom.
• Develop industry targets and overall Life Sciences / Pharma strategy.
• Partner with account leaders to grow plans and drive accountability to achieve targets.
• Advise clients on business and technology transformations with senior leaders.
• Grow our Life Sciences community, grow experts and offerings.
• Align business processes, data, and technology to drive enterprise performance.
• Collaborate with Global Partners to serve Life Sciences clients.
• Represent Slalom within the Global Industry Community and model our values.
• Contribute to business development and cross-market opportunities.
