Job summary
Slalom is seeking a Global Life Sciences / Pharma Leader to set the vision and drive growth for this fast-evolving industry. You’ll lead a cross-market team, shape strategy, and partner with senior clients to deliver strategic transformations in research, development, marketing and distribution.
You will cultivate industry expertise, mentor experts, and expand offerings while guiding engagements with global partners and executives across Slalom markets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Life Sciences / Pharma with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to define vision and drive growth for global accounts.
- Strong track record in strategic planning and roadmaps.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing partners.
- Willingness to travel ~60% to visit clients and offices.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for the Global Life Sciences / Pharma at Slalom and develop strategy.
- Partner with account leaders to create growth plans and drive targets.
- Advise clients on business and technology transformations with senior leaders.
- Mature our Life Sciences / Pharma community and offerings with the team.
- Ensure business processes, data, and people connect to improve performance.
- Drive strategy with Global Partners to serve Life Sciences clients.
- Lead within the Global Industry Community and embody Slalom's values.
- Contribute to business development and multi-market solutioning.
