Job summary

JLL seeks a Global Technical Engineering Lead to drive strategic and operational delivery of Facilities Management for a Life Sciences client across the Americas. The role emphasizes transformational leadership and regulatory compliance to optimize building systems and uptime.

You will lead a high-performing maintenance team, manage substantial budgets, and collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to meet GMP/GDP standards and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of strategic and tactical IFM portfolio experience for financial services or tech-focused clients.
• Proven Life Sciences experience with GxP and regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership to establish standardized processes and governance.
• Strong recruiting, development and empowerment of teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational delivery of facilities management across a multi-site portfolio.
• Drive regulatory compliance and GMP/GDP adherence for life sciences facilities.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost targets and capital expenditure plans.
• Oversee vendor management, qualification of suppliers, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Regulatory Affairs to align schedules and requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the portfolio.
