Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations in GMP-certified environments, with a focus on pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries. You will report to the Regional Facilities Director and drive operational execution, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IFM or facilities maintenance with 2+ years in supervision or management.
• Strong organizational and management skills in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and staff direction abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including CMMS (Maximo, SAP or 360Facility).
• Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in GMP facilities focusing on pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
• Manage site operations, budgets, and third-party suppliers while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets.
• Develop and implement site management plans aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Contracts to ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues from surveys.
