Job summary
Deloitte Life Sciences leads a Salesforce-focused practice seeking a Lead Technical Architect to own end-to-end solutions for Patient Services and Customer Engagement across multi-region deployments in the Life Sciences Cloud.
You will set governance, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and drive delivery with Data Cloud and Databricks, while traveling up to 50% as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
- 5+ years life sciences industry experience.
- 2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
- Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
- Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Data Cloud and Databricks.
- Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments.
- Establish security, environment, and release guardrails and collaborate with stakeholders.
