Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to work with Life Sciences clients on end-to-end Salesforce solutions. You will translate patient and provider needs into scalable designs, elicit and document requirements, and guide functional design across patient support workflows.

The role requires multi-cloud Salesforce experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel up to 50%. This is a high-impact consulting position within the Sales & Service team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage requirements through delivery and drive functional design across patient support workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate patient/provider needs into scalable Salesforce designs.
• Support end-to-end delivery of Life Sciences Salesforce programs.
