Job summary

This role supports launches related to money transmission, servicing, lending, and international expansion, working with Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs to ensure timely filings.

We seek professionals with 5+ years in licensing/compliance, who are highly organized, curious, and able to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in licensing/compliance/regulatory roles, ideally in consumer financial services.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Support state licensing and reporting launches including money transmission, servicing, lending, and international expansion.
• Collaborate with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax to meet regulatory obligations.
• Maintain the licensing and reporting repository with workflows and guidance.
• Prepare renewal applications and filings across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to fulfill ongoing licensing requirements.
• Leverage AI to develop more efficient licensing processes.
