Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in international cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record implementing Lessons Learnt processes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to consolidate information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lessons Learnt across the global OTC Engineering organization.
• Create and implement a roadmap for improvement measures with module and product owners; ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.
• Consolidate Lessons Learnt on a global level with monthly reporting.
• Identify, document, and implement Lessons Learnt in projects and from other sources.
• Coordinate cross-site teams and communicate with managers to align technology responsibilities.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements along the product value stream are considered and avoid partial optimizations.
