Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with large data sets; experience with analytics tools like QlikSense or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare KPI-based monthly engineering reporting at a global level and coordinate with regional teams.
• Implement and manage regular working rhythm for the global OTC engineering organization.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure cross-location cooperation to avoid bottlenecks.
• Analyze data and ensure quality, deriving KPIs from datasets.
• Coordinate cross-site engineering teams and communicate with management.
