Job summary

Voith Hydro is seeking an Operations Manager (m/f/d) for Global Engineering. The role focuses on KPI-based monthly reporting, capacity planning, and cross-site coordination across the global engineering organization.

The candidate will analyze large data sets with Qliksense/Power BI, ensure data quality, and drive standardization of regional reporting while partnering with management. Travel is expected (approx. 10%).

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business analytics or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in engineering reporting and capacity planning.
• Experience with KPI development and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare KPI-based, monthly engineering reporting at a global level.
• Coordinate with regional teams and manage the global OTC engineering rhythm.
• Conduct capacity planning and ensure cross-location cooperation.
• Analyze large data sets and derive KPIs using BI tools.
• Coordinate cross-site engineering teams and report to management.
• Validate data streams and suggest process simplifications and automation.
• Create global monthly reporting and oversee regional reporting.
• Support standardization of regional reporting and track key deliverables.
