Job summary

Voith Hydro is seeking a Global Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) to define global Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Standard Work principles and to design and optimize plant layouts and material flows across locations worldwide. You will lead continuous improvement, support ramp-up/ramp-down concepts, and collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, has 10 years'

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
10+ years in a comparable leadership role in industrial manufacturing.
Strong shopfloor credibility and an economic mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Define global Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Standard Work principles.
Develop and steer the global manufacturing footprint strategy.
Design and optimize plant layouts and material flows.
Plan and support ramp-up, ramp-down, build-up, and phase-out concepts.
Prepare investment calculations for manufacturing systems and lead annual manufacturing investment planning.
Lead continuous improvement projects and Process FMEA methodologies.
Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain; report to Global Head of Manufacturing.
